This is a monthly event exploring different aspects of the Buddha's teachings and meditation. Usually there is a talk or workshop, often by a guest speaker, and some meditation. Open to all women (gender diverse friendly). It helps if you are familar with our meditation practices the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana, but please be assured that is not essential.
14 Nov: “Everything has changed. Have I changed too?!” with Taramani
In line with our autumn theme - Solidarity with Self & World - we are delighted to welcome Taramani as special guest this month to explore the theme of change. She will be sharing some personal reflections on the impact of lockdown in particular (and Covid-19 more generally) on our habits and conditioning. There'll be a focus on time, space, busyness and responding to the world when it can feel seem like restrictions and limitations abound!
