Triratna Day Pilgrimage to Monmouth Street

Suitable for Newcomers / Intermediates / Regulars

Fifty seven years ago Triratna started with a dedication ceremony in a tiny basement below a shop on Monmouth Street (near Covent Garden). Join us for a celebratory shared lunch followed by an informal walk and pilgrimage to Monmouth street  -  where it all began! The walk is 3 miles long and will likely take approximately 75 minutes.

Make sure to come along also to our celebratory Triratna Day morning as part of the weekly Saturday class immediately preceding this event. Over the course of the morning there will be a panel discussion with experienced order members, exploring what it has looked like for them to dedicate their life in London to the Dharma and also a special ritual (including mitra rededication ceremonies).

Please donate by clicking here and using the reference ‘Festival Day’. Suggested donation £15.
