This 6-module program combines practical mindfulness tools and techniques with a specific focus on stress reduction in the workplace and general wellbeing. With the use of scientifically-backed techniques and informative theory, the course is designed to equip participants with practical skills based on the neuroscience of mindfulness that can be integrated into our busy lives. This course will benefit anyone who is interested in how to achieve a better work life balance and how mindfulness can be used practically for stress reduction within and outside of work.

Practical modules will address:

• Empowering self-development and strategic thinking; working on Mind Set and Mind Skill,

• Building emotional resiliency within work and at home for times of overwhelming events and anxiety,

• Using mindfulness to develop emotional intelligence in order to respond rather than react,

• Working effectively with uncertainty and change,

• Fostering work/life balance and a sense of self-stability,

• Understanding and dealing with imposter syndrome,

• Working with stress by using practical time efficient mindfulness and how to apply it in the workplace and at home,

• Communication techniques for difficult conversations at work and at home to develop and improve relationships; delegation, leadership, teamwork etc,

• Burnout; signs to recognise what it is and how to avoid it,

• Introducing healthy habits for effective mental productivity and physical wellbeing; sleep, digital usage, diet etc.

Andi Stapleton (BA, MSc, MA, AdDip), is an experienced consultant psychotherapist and corporate wellness speaker. 

As a psychotherapist, (privately and at The Priory Hospital, North London and Harley Street), her work base is individual wellness strategy, identity and life transitions. Qualified in mindfulness teaching and with the use of grounding techniques for psychological stability, Andi’s focus is on neuroscience and mental health initiatives to help individuals to adapt to challenges and to create an effective work/life balance, to prevent burnout, to mentally resource, and to thrive physically.

Andi has over 17 years in international strategic project management roles having led complex operations for high profile sporting events including the Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, and Paralympics. Andi is also a qualified fitness instructor and works on how to combine mental and physical awareness in order to meet challenges in and outside of work.
