Mindfulness practices teach us that letting go of stress and developing deeper levels of wellbeing are skills that can be learned and applied.

About The Course

This 8-week course will give you a foundation in the skills of mindfulness, compassion, and meditation, and you’ll feel confident about how to apply them in your life.  The course includes meditation practices, insights from neuroscience and awareness exercises to bring you back to the present moment.

Who is the Course for? This course is for anyone who wants to find ways of managing and letting go of stress and anxiety at work and in daily life.  No previous experience necessary.

The Trainer Aryadhara is a mindfulness teacher with over 20 years of regular meditation practice, and over 12 years’ experience as a group facilitator.  He is a fully accredited Breathworks™ trainer.

As well as mindfulness training, Aryadhara works as a freelance career and life coach.  He is accredited with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

The Little Mindfulness Workbook: Everyday techniques to help you combat stress and enhance your life: Amazon.co.uk: Hennessey, Gary: 9781780591544: Books  (£6.99)

The book includes the same material that is being presented in the 8-week course and will supplement your understanding of the material presented.

  • You will be asked to do 20 to 30 minutes of home practice each day.

  • You need to attend a minimum of 6 of the 8 sessions.
