Start your weekend in a positive way with our friendly Saturday morning class, suitable for newcomers and regulars. The first hour is meditation teaching and practice. Then at 11:30 we continue with ideas, questions and discussion on meditation and Buddhism, with a special guest talk once a month. Online participants can choose to join at 11:30 after the meditation if they wish.
***Feb 13th is the second Keynote Talk of 2021*** Karunagita introduces the first of five talks on ethical values by asking ‘How can we receive kindness?’ Perhaps to be truly kind we need to be able to receive kindness. This is part of our new series for 2021, on the triple training or 3-Fold Path - new life (ethics), new mind (meditation) and new insight (wisdom)
