This monthly online class provides a forum for people who are raising children. Each class focuses on a different theme. At the moment the broad outline is the popular Buddhist parenting book ‘A Path for Parents’, written by Karunagita who is one of the class leaders. One of the team or a guest teacher pick up what is live on the theme for each month. You can hear a bit more about Karunagita and her approach by clicking here. The class includes guided meditation practice, input and a chance to discuss your experience of the theme with other parents who are exploring how to have an effective Buddhist practice in the context of raising children. Although the class is for parents, it is fine to have your children present or coming and going as participants are muted for meditation and talks. To join the class on Zoom click here or sign in to Zoom and use Meeting ID: 932 9337 7673 and Passcode: 531469
