IN-PERSON: Sangha Night - The Four Myths of the Dharma Life | Led by Manjumitra

The Sangha Night team look forward to welcoming you twice a month; once on zoom (7.00-9.00) and, we hope, once in-person (7.00-9.30), covid restrictions and room availability permitting. The dates will generally be the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month. If we can't be in-person, we'll be on zoom so please check the website near to the time.

The Sangha is the Buddhist term for the community of people wishing to learn from the Buddha's teachings. Lalitaraja, Santva, Manjumitra, Khemananda and guest Order Members take turns to lead these evenings, practising and communicating Buddhism. A Sangha evening might include a talk, meditation, discussion, workshop, devotional practice. Open to all (though it is helpful if you have had an introduction to the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana meditation practices).

Monday 28th of February : The Four Myths of the Dharma Life
An exploration of how we might relate to the goal of awakening, and the path leading to awakening. The four myths of transcendence, surrender, discovery and emergence describe different ways we can understand and approach Dharma practice – each might be helpful to us at particular times in our life. The evening includes meditation, a talk, discussion and a simple ritual.

The Sangha Night team is looking forward to welcoming you.
