ONLINE: Sangha Night - Meditate like it matters 4: In the Realm of the Senses

The Sangha Night team look forward to welcoming you twice a month; once on zoom (7.00-9.00) and, we hope, once in-person (7.00-9.30), covid restrictions and room availability permitting. The dates will generally be the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month. If we can't be in-person, we'll be on zoom so please check the website near to the time.

The Sangha is the Buddhist term for the community of people wishing to learn from the Buddha's teachings. Lalitaraja, Santva, Manjumitra, Khemananda and guest Order Members take turns to lead these evenings, practising and communicating Buddhism. A Sangha evening might include a talk, meditation, discussion, workshop, devotional practice. Open to all (though it is helpful if you have had an introduction to the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana meditation practices).

Monday 14th of March Meditate like it matters 4: In the Realm of the Senses
As part of an occasional series of presentations on meditation, Lalitaraja explores how meditation can support going for refuge and an ongoing deepening of practice. Tonight we explore sense experience and how we perceive it, both as means for grounding and settling as well as setting up the foundations for insight by seeing into the detail of how it all works.
There will also be meditation, discussion and ritual.

The Sangha Night team is looking forward to welcoming you.
