ONLINE: Sangha Night - Meditate Like It Matters 2!

The Sangha is the Buddhist term for the community of people wishing to learn from the Buddha's teachings. Lalitaraja, Santva, Manjumitra, Khemananda and guest Order Members take turns to lead these evenings, practising and communicating Buddhism. A Sangha evening might include a talk, meditation, discussion, workshop, devotional practice. Open to all (though it is helpful if you have had an introduction to the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana meditation practices).

Monday 23rd August: Meditate Like It Matters 2! With Lalitaraja
Tonight we’ll have an evening of practice. Some time ago Lalitaraja did a short series of workshops on Going For Refuge in meditation. This will be a follow on - “Meditate Like It Matters 2!”. We’ll look at how insubstantiality, impermanence, and unsatisfactoriness (the Three Lakshanas) manifest in our experience. How we can turn from them to an opposing set of qualities - Openness, Clarity and Sensitivity - and the wisdoms that they lead to?

With Lalitaraja and the Sangha Night Team.
