The Wisdom of the Heart

Once again Lalitaraja and Viśuddhimati, offer their unique blend of structured and spontaneous practice. 

A weekend retreat of meditation, reflection and ritual exploring the Brahmaviharas  within the mandala of the five Buddhas.

The retreat will offer a variety of ways to open to the wisdom of the heart: meditation. bodywork  and ritual with space to gaze at the sea and the sky and enjoy the countryside in the company of Sangha friends.
