A unique and deeply relaxing blend of simple practices to rest, restore and nourish. Suitable for all levels of ability.
Including gentle floor-based exercises to help release muscular tension (Hanna Somatics) as well as Pranayama (breath focus) and quiet time for meditation, these workshops will focus primarily on supported, restorative yoga poses. This way of working is designed to calm the nervous system, boost the immune system and promote balance for busy lives.
You can join Anna for this class via the Zoom app, which you can use on your computer/laptop or tablet. You will be sent the link once you have booked. Do wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement. We recommend that you do not eat for 2 hours before a yoga class. Please inform the teacher before starting the session if you have any injury or health condition or if you have recently had an operation.
NOT SUITABLE for women who are 12 weeks pregnant or less and those who are pregnant and not familiar with yoga modifications.
