Breathwork, Posture and Absorption

Good effective breathing is essential to our physical emotional and mental health.
I will be teaching you how to benefit from Pranayama, the yogic science and art of breathing.
This is a general level 2 hour workshop, so at least two years of yoga practice (or similar discipline) is necessary before attending.
Wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement.
Please inform the teacher before starting the session if you have any injury or health condition or if you have recently had an operation.
