Vinyasa Flow yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by the breath. The practice can create strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind.
There will be a focus on the transitions between the poses as well as the alignment in the pose itself.
There will also be plenty of options for you to take things a little deeper or stronger, or to modify your practice to slow down, rest and accommodate pregnancy, injury, or just a tired day.
NOT SUITABLE for women who are 12 weeks pregnant or less and those who are pregnant and not familiar with yoga modifications.
