The Iyengar method places special focus on developing strength, endurance and correct body alignment in addition to flexibility and relaxation.
Classes are sequenced, emphasise precision and include a variety of poses.
Regular practice is energising and promotes excellent body awareness. It helps you feel refreshed and develops your flexibility, strength and improves concentration.
NOT SUITABLE for women who are 12 weeks pregnant or less and those who are pregnant and not familiar with yoga modifications.
