Iyengar yoga focuses on developing strength, flexibility, and correct body alignment through a progressive sequence of postures.

Regular practice develops greater body awareness giving you a feeling of freshness and improves concentration.

It promotes vitality, calm, self-confidence and general well being.


NOT SUITABLE for women who are up to 12 weeks pregnant or those who are pregnant and not familiar with yoga modifications.
