Doors will open 5 minutes before the start time.

Join Naomi for this energising morning yoga practise where we will draw upon mindful movement and breathwork to wake up the body and cultivate a sense of clarity and focus in the mind.

This session is an invitation to move with intuition, the asanas and their transitions are carefully crafted to support all levels as we explore ways to move more mindfully with awareness and deep compassion for ourselves.


NOT SUITABLE for women who are up to 12 weeks pregnant or those who are pregnant and not familiar with yoga modifications.
