Promoting ease of movement and comfort in the body by mobilising stiff joints, relaxing tight muscles and revitalizing from the inside out. Opening, softening and lengthening, we listen, deeply awakening the body's innate wisdom. Suitable for all adults at any level of ability.
You can join Anna for this class via the Zoom app, which you can use on your computer/laptop or tablet. You will be sent the link once you have booked.
NOT SUITABLE for women who are 12 weeks pregnant or less and those who are pregnant and not familiar with yoga modifications.
