ONLINE: Weekend Retreat with Visuddhimati & Lalitaraja - The Bodhisattva Response

The Bodhisattava Response

On this online retreat we’ll explore how to foster the Bodhisattva spirit within our own hearts as we respond to life’s ups and downs, inspired by the Bodhisattva Kshitigarbha. Seeking to keep the heart open to both joy and sorrow, we'll be marking the anniversary of Sangharakshita's death and celebrating Samhain, the ancient Celtic festival which marks the beginning of winter.

Suitable for regulars and people who have some experience of meditation and Buddhism. Not recommended for newcomers. See below to book.

The retreat will start at 8am on Sat 31 Oct and end around 9pm on Sun 1 Nov,

The daily programme will be: 8 - 9am Morning meditation, 10.30 - 12.30 Morning session

4.30 -  6.00 Afternoon session, 7.30 - 9.00 Evening session

Longer sessions will include breaks. Please note, you will benefit most by attending everything on the programme. You can come for one day only if that is your only option, BUT please note this must be the Saturday, not the Sunday.

Visuddhimati and Lalitaraja are 2 of our most popular teachers. They have been co-leading retreats together for many years and are very much looking forward to doing so in this new online format.

There will be a £25 booking fee, but please also make a donation if you can to support the Centre, while it faces financial difficulties in these uncertain times. Suggested donation in addition to the booking fee £50, £25 Concession.

When you book you should receive a confirmation email almost immediately with the Zoom access information for the class. To ensure this gets successfully delivered please add the email address scheduling@squarespacescheduling.com to your contact list (or list of safe senders) in your email account.
