A general level workshop for people who have been practicing Iyengar yoga for at least 6 months and would like to look into the introductory poses in more depth.
You can join Alice for this class via the Zoom app, which you can use on your computer/laptop or tablet. You will be sent the link once you have booked. Do wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement. We recommend that you do not eat for 2 hours before a yoga class. Please inform the teacher before starting the session if you have any injury or health condition or if you have recently had an operation.
When you book you should receive a confirmation email almost immediately with the Zoom access information for the class. To ensure this gets successfully delivered please add the email address scheduling@squarespacescheduling.com to your contact list (or list of safe senders) in your email account.
NOT SUITABLE for women who are 12 weeks pregnant or less and those who are pregnant and not familiar with yoga modifications.
