As we enter the new year and say goodbye to 2020, words are almost insufficient. We continue to be in a time of great flux and uncertainty. Yet yoga can help us stay centred and remind us of our inner strength to face whatever life throws at us. Join Sian for a new year yoga workshop of asana (poses), breathwork, mudra (hand gestures) and a long relaxation to help stay centred and reconnect with your inner resilience and embark on the new year with hope.

NOT SUITABLE for women who are 12 weeks pregnant or less and those who are pregnant and not familiar with yoga modifications.
